Stresstech produces solutions in the areas of grinding burn and heat treatment defect detection with Barkhausen Noise method, residual stress and residual austenite measurement with X-ray diffraction method, residual stress measurement with ESPI (electronic speckle pattern interferometry) hole drilling method. These solutions have been used by universities and research centers, especially in automotive, defense, aerospace and aviation for more than 30 years.
Residual Stress Measurement System with X-Ray Diffraction
Application Areas: camshaft, crankshaft, connecting rod, gears, machine parts, bearings, body parts, etc.
Grinding Burn NDT Devices with Barkhausen Noise Method
Barkhausen noise is a non-destructive inspection method and is used for detection of grinding burns and heat treatment defects in ferromagnetic parts. Barkhausen noise signals are generated when magnetic fields are applied to ferromagnetic materials. Barkhausen Noise Analysis (BNA) is also known as micromagnetic method.
Application Areas: Camshaft, crankshaft, connecting rod, gears, machine parts, bearings, body parts, etc.
Residual Stress Measurement Devices with Espi Hole Drilling Method
The PRISM device is used for residual stress measurement using the ESPI (electronic speckle pattern interferometry) hole punching method. ESPI is an optical method and no strain gage is used.
