SincoTec produces high speed fatigue test systems with the technology it has developed by taking advantage of the resonance of the test system. Fatigue test systems are produced in a standard series ranging from 5kN to 1200kN. Test frequency can be up to 450Hz. These test units are used in bending and torsion tests as well as axial loading.
Two different drive technology solutions are available.
Power Swing Mot Drive System
These test machines can stroke up to 12mm. It can be used for testing flexible parts, damping and hollow parts.
Power Swing Mag Drive System
These test machines can perform fatigue tests up to 450Hz. In this way, test times can be reduced up to 10 times compared to conventional systems. Thanks to its technology, electricity consumption is extremely low. Thanks to the short test time and cheap electricity consumption, the total test cost is 200 times lower than conventional machines. It pays for itself in two years compared to servohydraulic systems.
Fatigue tests can be performed by block loading or random loading. Crack mechanics tests can be performed because the system detects the stiffness change in the part caused by the crack.
