BİAS Engineering Ltd. Şti. (BİAS), we show maximum sensitivity to the processing and storage of Personal Data in accordance with the Law on Protection ("Law"). In accordance with the Law, we process personal data as Data Controller as explained below and within the limits prescribed by the legislation. In this context, we would like to inform you about our purposes, methods of collecting, processing and transferring personal data and your rights arising from the Law.

Your personal data is collected electronically; Your personal data collected can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in this Clarification Text within the scope of your explicit consent specified in paragraph (1) of Article 5 of Law No. 6698.
Processing of Personal Data and its Purposes

- If personal data has been processed, to request information regarding this,

- To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
- Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the law and other relevant laws, in case the reasons requiring its processing disappear, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data and to request the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
- Object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, requesting the compensation of the damage
