Fatigue tests are performed by repeatedly applying loads to the parts and by examining the condition of the part as a result of this repeated load. Many tests are performed with hydraulic test systems at speeds as low as 1 repetition per second. However, these speeds cause some parts to be tested in a very long time. Especially engine parts can be specified in this group. It is possible to perform such tests with resonance test systems in the range of 100-300Hz.
